We’re so glad you’re considering joining a team. Serving at Hope isn’t about having all the answers.
It’s about showing up, learning as you go, and making a difference in the process.

You’ll get training, support, and encouragement every step of the way. Whether you're outgoing or behind the scenes, there’s a team that fits your skills and interests.

  • Greeting

    Greet guests at the doors, hand out programs, answer questions, and help everyone feel seen and welcomed as they arrive and leave.

  • Coffee

    Prepare and serve drinks before and after services. Keep the coffee area stocked and clean, and connect with guests as they grab their drinks.

  • Parking

    Help direct traffic, wave to guests as they arrive, and create a great first impression. Even if that means offering an umbrella or assisting with a car issue.

  • Safety

    Create a safe, welcoming environment by monitoring entrances and supporting the Hope Kids check-in area. Some roles require a background in safety or medical training; all roles require a background check.

  • Setup

    This team serves a very important role in managing the environment for Sunday services, allowing guests to encounter a welcoming space conducive to their experience at Hope.

  • Takedown

    This team is responsible for loading out all the church equipment and transforming the space back into a middle school, making sure it’s ready for students on Monday morning

  • AV Set Up and Tear Down

    Set up audio/visual equipment and run slides and lights during the 9 AM service. Ensure everything is connected and functioning properly before service begins.

  • Hope Kids

    Create a fun, safe space where kids learn about Jesus in age-appropriate ways. Roles include check-in, hallway monitoring, large group leaders, small group leaders, and classroom helpers. All volunteers must pass a background check.
