Meghan Thwaits joined the Hope Church staff in September 2025 as Ministry Coordinator. She is passionate about helping people experience the love of God in the middle of everyday life. Meghan grew up in the mountains of Colorado and graduated from nursing school before moving to San Francisco, where she worked as a nurse for 11 years.

She and her husband, Zach, have three wonderful daughters. Meghan loves building community and connecting deeply with others, whether through serving, volunteering, or simply sharing conversation over a cup of tea.

Outside of work, Meghan loves the simple joys of making sourdough, biking, and reading. She especially feels at home near the water, whether paddle boarding or enjoying other outdoor activities.
