You Don’t Need a Stage to Lead.
God doesn’t just call people to ministry. He calls leaders to influence the marketplace, the home, and the community. This nine-month small group experience is designed to help you grow your God-given leadership gifts and use them with greater clarity and purpose.
You’ll meet once a month with a small cohort of peers, tackle practical leadership assignments between meetings, and explore what it looks like to lead with both excellence and faith.

Over the past two years, dozens of leaders at Hope have completed this group, and it’s changed the way they lead in their workplaces, families, and communities. In this video, you’ll hear from past participants about how this experience helped them integrate their faith and leadership, build lifelong relationships, and lead with greater clarity and confidence.
The Leadership Development Group includes extensive monthly homework—reading a book a month, assessments, and participation in discussion questions.
The participation fee is $450 to cover the monthly meals and a weekend retreat.
