14 Years of Give Hope
Over 10 years ago, a high school student came to the church and said, “I see a need, but I can’t meet it
by myself. Can Hope Church help?”
That small act of generosity sparked something no one could have imagined.
Today, Give Hope has become a movement changing lives across Southeast Wisconsin all because of people like you saying, yes we can help.

Fighting Hunger

Oconomowoc Food Pantry provides food and groceries to anyone in need in the Oconomowoc community.

The Bread Basket provides fresh, healthy food to families in Watertown and connects them to helpful local resources.

Loaves and Fishes is a community meal that meets the nutritional, emotional, and spiritual needs of the homeless, hungry, and underprivileged in Watertown.
Ending Homelessness

Family Promise provides shelter and support for families in Waukesha as they work toward stability and independence.
Addiction Recovery

LSS has a women’s recovery center in Oconomowoc and a men’s recovery center in Waukesha, named Aspen Recovery

Haus of Peace provides safe transitional housing and support for women and children in Watertown as they rebuild after homelessness or abuse.

The Cornerstone of Grace is committed to providing holistic support to families, helping them overcome life’s challenges and empowering them to lead independent, thriving, lives.
Access to Healthcare

Provides free medical and reduced fee dental services in the Lake Country area, to improve the overall health of those in need.
Sharing the Gospel

The Lighthouse Youth Center Provides a safe place in Milwaukee where youth can build friendships, grow academically, and be mentored by caring Christian adults.

Trains and supports church planters to start new churches in the heart of Milwaukee, bringing hope and community to the city

Inspires neighborhood transformation in Milwaukee through hands-on community development and local innovation.

Reach Church is a new church recently launched in East Troy, Wisconsin.

Ambassador Church is a new church launching in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

Iglesias Irresistables is working to plant Hope-styled, outward facing churches in Latin America.
