Ashley was born and raised in Wisconsin and married her husband, Kyle, in 2017. Together they are raising their four daughters — Gracelyn, Charleigh, Meredith, and Peyton — in Watertown. Her faith has always been part of her life, but it grew in a new way when her family found Hope in 2023.

Over time, Ashley felt God gently stretching her into deeper leadership and service. Whether behind the camera or on the worship team, her goal has always been the same: to reflect God’s goodness and create space for people to meet Him where they are. As her confidence and trust in Him grew, she felt led to join Hope staff as the Watertown Admin in 2026. She cares deeply about encouraging others, whether behind the scenes or face-to-face. She’s passionate about creating spaces where people feel seen, welcomed, and known. 

Outside of work, she loves cooking for her family, decorating spaces to feel warm and inviting, shopping for a good find, camping, singing, and capturing life’s moments through photography. An introvert at heart, she values quiet moments to recharge just as much as meaningful connection.
